These watercolors are interpretations of the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot's Major Arcana. Following the example of Western ritual magic, whose practitioners outlined the tradition of Tarot as it is understood and practiced today, the series draws upon numerous world traditions in order to embody cross-cultural universal archetypes. They were researched and completed as a study of Tarot and world mythology.
